I’m really enjoying cooking with my new spurtle. Its many angles, curves, and shapes can scrape sides of bowls, stir things that are sautéing, cut an over-large piece of sausage in the sauté pan, stir soups, and it’s nice in my Le Creuset Dutch oven, being wood.
