This sweet little spoon is perfect for reaching into tall canisters. The plump, rounded handle is so comfortable and gives it that darling look that inspired it's name. Use it for scooping, or as a lovely little serving spoon for small sides and toppings... imagine using it for an ice cream social or fancy party buffet. Hand carved by a member of our family, and signed & dated by the maker. Approximately 7.5" long.

Please choose from the wood types shown in the last picture. Please be aware that wood is a natural substance that has a great deal of variation. Wood color and grain varies from piece to piece, making every utensil a beautiful, one of a kind work of art.

I have a lovely collection

I have ordered many items from Polders Old World Market and have been equally delighted each and every time I receive one of their beautiful packages!

The packaging alone seems like a special treat! I have a lovely collection of their spoons, measuring cups and a nice assortment of many of their pieces,

I use them often, almost daily when cooking and baking for my family and it just makes my heart happy to use such a finely crafty piece of art as a part of my food preparation.

I never fail to think if even for just a second that someone from the Polder's family crafted this piece, so that I could use it to help make something wonderful for my family.

It is a lovely feeling and one I never tire of, the craftmanship is exquisite, the pieces work wonderfully, hold up beautifully and look like pieces of art in my kitchen!

I admit to splurging a bit and getting maybe a few more than I "needed" but I have already handed a few down to my daughter and I know that these will be our family heirlooms and pieces that we always treasure!

Treat yourself to something special from the Polders, you won't be disappointed!!

I am thinking I will never have enough of POWM utensils! Once you receive one and see the beauty and how it feels "in hand". Many, many uses for this one.

Favorite Spoon

I own 27 pieces of POWM dreamware and this spoon is one of my favorites. I have it in Fancy Maple and the size of the bowl is perfect for scooping items out of jars and the polished handle is so comfortable for holding while using it to scoop. And while not advertised for this purpose I find the bowl size perfect for scooping dough for cookies!
